Five bedrooms, three sitting rooms, a games room and a garden that wraps around three sides. The essentials for settling in are below.

- Sitting room
- Open fire, vinyl records and a hi-fi. Deliberately no television.
- Snug
- Wood-burning stove, the baby grand piano, books, games, a card table and table football.
- Family room
- Smart TV with Blu-ray and a big L-shaped sofa.
- Games room
- In the garden: pool table, darts, TV, desk and bean bags.
Kitchen & everyday
- Cooking
- Two-oven gas Rangemaster, microwave, dishwasher and a walk-in pantry.
- Coffee
- Nespresso machine. Please bring standard-size pods.
- Little ones
- Travel cot and high chair on request. Bring linen for the cot.
- Dogs
- One well-behaved dog is welcome. The garden is enclosed.
